Beowulf in 3D

I know I studied Beowulf back in high school but I don’t really remember much of it. Well I guess the movie will help enlighten me a bit about this epic poem if it sticks to the original. Even if it doesn’t, I don’t really mind, I’m sure it will just be equally entertaining. Tomorrow Beowulf will open in a lot of theaters in the metro including the SM IMAX. So if you want to watch it in 3D, visit the SM IMAX theaters.

You may check the IMAX schedule here.

Reserving a ticket via

(a) email to imax@smcinema.com,
(b) fax at (02) 556 0547 or
(c) telephone numbers (02) 556-IMAX (4629) or 556-0242

is pretty useless if you can’t go to the IMAX ticket booths at SM Mall of Asia three (3) days before your preferred show time. In their website, I didn’t find a notice saying that reserved tickets must be paid 3 days in advance. I found out about it when I called 556-IMAX. Oh well…

Edit:
When I called SM IMAX again, they told me I may pay at any SM branch for reserved tickets.

Though we have to pay Php400.00/ticket and have to wait till the last full show, it’s all worth it!

    I’m recommending it to everyone.
