Master Cleanse - Day 10 & 11
I finished the 10-day cleanse! Yay! Finishing something like this really feels good. Now the real challenge is maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping the excess pounds off. I’ll probably gain back some of the weight that I’ve lost but now I feel I have more energy to exercise (and I did, this morning) and I have less cravings. I’m easing off the cleanse with some orange juice, organic soups and fresh fruits. I didn’t break the cleanse slowly because I already ate solid foods like frozen grapes and crackers but I don’t feel nauseous. I had stomach cramps though, but it was gone after an hour or so. I’ll be doing the cleanse again, maybe next year.

Galing mo cuz! Maybe I need to try that too coz I’m feeling sick lately and I’ve been eating a lot of junk. It’s just so hard to control my big appetite even when I am sick.
