Master Cleanse - Day 7

I’ve been quite grumpy and sensitive since day yesterday. I’m craving for chips and pizza and cheeseburgers and pasta. I’m really glad that I’ve made it to day 7 but I feel like I need to ease off the cleanse since I’m experiencing stomach cramps and I’m starting to get tired of the taste of the lemonade. I hated the tea from the beginning and now it tastes more awful than ever. But I really want to complete the 10 days. I do feel lighter though, especially right after I wake up in the morning. But I’m not sure if I can make it till Monday.

I’ll be going home to my parents house this weekend and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to control myself from eating. Home cooked meals are the best and I’m will be really tough to resist them.

Oh I’m now using straw for my lemonade. I should have done this since day 1. Yesterday, I read somewhere that using a straw will somewhat lessen the peppery taste of the lemonade. I guess it did just that and it makes the lemonade easier to drink than by gulping it down.

I’m not really sure about the benefits I’m getting from the Master Cleanse but it sure does help me to be more disciplined when it comes to food. I’ll try to live a healthier lifestyle after I finish the cleanse.
