Practice what you preach

Last week was really a busy week and for sure this coming week will be a lot busier. I have a deadline to beat and I’m not even halfway done with my current project. I may have lost my composure somewhere but I can’t blame myself for that. I don’t have to dwell on it. I did gain it back. Issues have been addressed and I’m hoping that they will be resolved. I’m just looking forward to finishing this project and move on to the next.

I’ve been writing about positive attitude for quite sometime now and I can say that I’m practicing it. (Because if I’m not I might have strangled a couple of people already. Lol.) Yeah, I have a few lapses but still I see to it that I still have the attitude of gratitude and the positive mindset even in challenging situations.

I see people who are always in churches, praising and singing and all that but when they get out they just gossip and bitch about other people. Some even memorize stories and verses from the bible but just the same, they feel that they are better than others and that they are more blessed and shit. Those are just poseurs. There are people who tell us that we should be this and that but when we see them, they are doing the opposite. I sometimes pray for those people. Maybe they still have a good side. I hope they do. I try my best to see the good in them. If I tried really hard, exhausted all my efforts and I still don’t see it, I guess I’ll just ignore them. Yeah. Seriously. Negative people are difficult to associate with. Well maybe I’ll still pray for them from time to time.
