Wake up to a great Monday


Ah, Sunday is almost over and tomorrow will be the start of another work week. I know, I know, a lot of you guys are whining about Monday. Don’t fret, you’re going to be just fine. Wake up early, say a gratitude prayer, exercise, sing in the shower, eat a healthy breakfast and decide that your day will be a great one.

You are in charge of your attitude everyday. I remember telling my brother have a nice day before he went to work a few weeks ago, which I don’t normally do. I said it with a very sunshiny tone. He worriedly looked at me and asked me if I’m on crack or something. We just laughed after that and automatically our moods changed into a lighter one. Being positive about everything isn’t easy. But it’s how much you want it that makes the difference.
